Policies

Rental Payments

All rental fees are due prior to departure. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Reservations

Any unit may be reserved up to 52 weeks in advance There is a $100 reservation fee. Reservation fees are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to reservation date.

Security Deposits

There is a $200 security deposit required on each travel trailer and $250 on each motor home.
(The reservation fee covers the security deposit.) Deposit will be refunded within one week of return date. We reserved the right to retain the deposit as partial compensation for failing to return the rented camper unit in a condition as good as received on the day of departure.

Late Returns

Any unit returned late will result in a charge of the daily rate base on a three day rental for each day late.

Hook Up

You must have your own hitching and wiring.

Pick Up Times

Pick up time shall be agreed upon at the time of reservation.
All balances are due at the time of pick up. We will show you how to operate and maintain the rental unit. If you cannot be here at your scheduled time, please contact us and set up a new time.

Insurance

Proof of vehicle insurance is required. Each unit carries a $250 deductible for comprehensive and collision coverage. Lessee is responsible for the deductible.
